Fennel And Pomegranate Salad

Fennel and pomegranate salad


1 Large fennel sliced, about 2 cups ⠀

1/2 Cup red onions, thinly sliced⠀

1/4 Wedge pomegranate, about 2/3 cup pomegranate seeds*⠀

1/4-1/2 Teaspoon of sea salt, or add to taste⠀

2 Tablespoons olive oil⠀⠀

2 Tablespoons red wine vinegar

⠀* You can add more or less depending on how much you like⠀⠀

fennel and pomegranate salad


Place sliced red onions, olive oil, red wine vinegar, sea salt, and pomegranates in a bowl and let the mixture marinate for at least 15 minutes.

Add sliced fennel to the mix and let it marinate another 10 minutes or more. ⠀⠀
