As a certified Naturopath, my approach to wellness is fun, simple, and more of a gradual lifestyle change than a "quick-fix." You don't have to be perfect to see results; you can still have a life!

My Story

attending college. Fast forward to 2007: I’m 25 years old and I move to Calgary for 6 months. Here, I had the opportunity to work alongside top trainers in Canada and train some of 

It all started when I joined my first gym at the age of 16. This new interest quickly turned into a passion, and I decided to pursue certifications in aerobic and personal training while

inspired and driven, which led me to start planning various group events. These included free hikes, yoga retreats, trips to trek in the Grand Canyon and multiple running groups 

the fittest clients I've ever met. This experience completely transformed my perspective on fitness and how I approach working with clients. Upon returning to Montreal, I felt more 

with Herve Blondon and Hart Lazer. This led me to co-found and co-run Yoga Lounge Montreal, a yoga studio where I spent five years.

In 2010 I began to delve deeper into therapeutic yoga, meditation, and breathwork through studying with  

science extensively and obtained certification in alternative and holistic health, it was during this experience that everything finally clicked for me! 

 During this time, I also began studying Naturopathy and eventually worked along side renowned Naturopath, Christian Limoges. Although I had already studied health 

This is when I started to fuse all my knowledge and background to really serve the “whole” person; BODY, MIND & SOUL.
