As you may already know, many factors can affect fertility: female and male reproductive health, hormones, stress, toxicity, your beliefs (this is a big one for another day!) and overall health and vitality.
What you do and don’t eat is the number one element that will help or worsen all these factors. Here are my 26 top foods and herbs to counteract infertility. Eat as many as you can daily and aim to eat all these foods on a weekly basis.

Raspberry leaf tea: balances a women’s reproductive system and prepares the body for pregnancy. It helps prevents miscarriages, helps with exhaustion following childbirth and postpartum depression, helps with the production of milk, and fortifies the mother’s milk with vitamins and minerals. For men, it’s a great blood cleanser. Mix it with nettle leaf tea for a potent tonic.
Nettle leaf tea: balance out hormones, enhances egg production and removes toxic estrogen from plastics and pesticides.
Red clover tea: nourishes, detoxifies and builds up the body
It’s essential for men to lower their mercury levels; mercury in the system is a huge reason why men’s fertility drops. Be sure to add a heavy metal smoothie daily. This is the one I use
