Refreshing Apple Zucchini Mint Juice

Ingredients

2 Red apples, medium size (200g)

2 Large zucchini or 3 small zucchini (500g)

1/4 cup fresh mint

Instructions

Prepare your ingredients: Wash the apples, zucchini, and mint leaves thoroughly.

If using organic produce, there’s no need to peel them. However, if not organic, consider peeling the apples and zucchini for a cleaner juice.

Run all the ingredients through the juicer.

Tips:

When juicing, alternate between the zucchini, mint leaves, and apple pieces. This will help extract the most juice possible from your produce.

Pack the mint leaves tightly together to maximize their extraction during the juicing process.
