4 Salad Dressing Recipes That’ll Make You Crave Salads

Salad Dressing Recipes

You’ll never have to force yourself to eat more greens again!

1. No Oil Lemon Tahini Dressing

4 Tablespoons tahini

Juice of one large lemon

Dash of sea salt

Dash of garlic salt

Dash of red pepper flakes

2 – 3 Tablespoons water or lemon juice, as needed to thin

Instructions

Wisk together all the ingredients except for the water.

Taste for flavor, adding any extra you might like.

Add the water or lemon juice one tablespoon at a time to thin as needed to desired consistency.

2. Maple Dijon Tahini Vinaigrette

3 Tablespoons olive oil

1 Tablespoon balsamic vinegar

1 Tablespoon tahini

1 Teaspoon Dijon mustard

1/4 Teaspoon pure maple syrup

1/4 Teaspoon sea salt, to taste

1 Clove garlic

Instructions

In a food processor, process the garlic and sea salt first. Then add all the other ingredients and process until smooth.

3. Basil Dressing

3 Cups packed fresh basil leaves

1⁄2 Cup apple cider vinegar, lemon or lime juice

1⁄4 Cup pure maple syrup

2 Tablespoon prepared mustard

3⁄4 Teaspoon sea salt

1 Cup + 2 Tablespoons olive oil or flaxseed oil

1 Clove garlic

Instructions

Blend ingredients until smooth. Store in the refrigerator in an airtight jar 4–5 days.

4. Sweet Citrus Dressing

1⁄2 Cup fresh squeezed lemon juice

1⁄4 Cup maple syrup

1 Tablespoon nama shoyu or tamari soy sauce

2 Tablespoon prepared mustard

1⁄2 Teaspoon sea salt

1⁄4 Teaspoon garlic powder

2 Teaspoon fresh organic orange zest (optional)

1 Tablespoon fresh chopped thyme (optional)

3⁄4 Cup cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil or flaxseed oil

Instructions


Combine ingredients in a jar and shake until well emulsified. Store in the refrigerator in an airtight jar 4–5 days.
