2 Springs of fresh thyme
500 ml Hot water
1-2 Slices of fresh lemon
Raw honey
Place fresh thyme in a mug and pour hot water over it. Allow steeping for 15 minutes or more.
Remove thyme springs. Squeeze a slice or two of lemon and sweeten with raw honey.
