Ultra-Hydrating Water Infusion

Ingredients

1 Large lemon, slice 3 rings and squeeze the rest

1 Cup cucumber, thinly sliced

1 Sprig rosemary

Filtered water

Handful ice cubes (optional)

1 Litre jar such as a mason jar

Instructions

Place the 3 slices of lemon, freshly squeezed lemon juice, sliced cucumbers, sprig of rosemary and ice cubes if using in your jar.

Fill to the top with water, and let it sit for at least 15 minutes to allow flavors to infuse.
